Standard Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours for delivery in a further 2-3 working days.

Please allow up to 4 working days in total for delivery.

* Please note that a small number of items from our store cost more than £4.99 to ship due to their size, weight or delicate nature. These items are priced accordingly.

EU and International Delivery

Please email with details of the items you wish to purchase along with your delivery address, including postcode. We will deduct VAT from your order and advise of the shipping cost. Should you wish to proceed you may click on a buy it now link which will take you to the checkout. Please be aware that you may be charged import duties and taxes when the shipment arrives in your country and these will be your responsibility.

Please allow 3 - 7 working days for delivery.

Please note

All UK deliveries require a signature and shipments via courier delivery can also be tracked. We will email to let you know once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed during a weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.


Returns Policy


We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please let us know by emailing within 7 days of receiving the goods and returning them to us within 14 days of receipt.

We will provide you with a refund as long as the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition - unused, undamaged, in perfect condition and with the original packaging. Please note: the delivery cost for sending returned goods is payable by you and we do not refund the original delivery charge.

The goods will be your responsibility until received by Oggetto. You will be responsible for all costs relating to their return except where the goods being returned are faulty or damaged. If returning the goods by post, we recommend you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Larger items may need to be collected by our courier. If this is the case we will send you an e mail with a returns label. You will need to contact the courier to arrange pick up or if you would prefer, drop off at an access point near you. We will then deduct the cost for this from your refund.

You will receive an e mail to confirm receipt of your return and a further e mail to confirm your refund has been processed.

The returns policy is not applicable to custom designed or bespoke item(s) where returns and refunds are not offered.

Please note refunds will not be given for import duties and taxes in the case of shipments outside the UK.
