Autumn Reflections October 29, 2015 14:03

Autumn is a favourite time of year. There is a stillness in the air as the hustle and bustle of summer subsides. The sun shines but with less intensity casting interesting shadows. The air turns fragrant with the waft of open fires and the landscape turns the most beautiful of colours - russets, reds and ochres. There is so much to enjoy outdoors before hunkering down for the winter.

Inspired by our recent finds whilst out and about, we put together an autumn mood board. Somehow, this takes us back to the nature tables we used to have at school! It's fun to hunt and gather with the seasons whatever your age.

We couldn't resist using our finds to style some of our products. Not everything is long lasting but we still have some seedheads and dried chinese lanterns to use throughout the house. As they catch our eye they will bring back happy memories of autumn that will keep us going through the winter months.

Products used to style the shots are:-

Small terracotta lidded jar, Hand Thrown Espresso CupMoroccan tea glasses, 2016 diary, Handmade glass vase,  Ribbed glass votive set, Blue waffled linen throwBlack linen scarf
